Our facilities are located in Alleghe in the heart of the Dolomites, a UNESCO world heritage site. Alleghe is a small town in the province of Belluno which developed around Lake Alleghe and is dominated by Mount Civetta.
Stay at the Valgranda Hotel and enjoy a holiday packed with adventure and fun, be it in summer or winter. The area offers a range of activities and experiences to cater for all tastes.
Hotel Valgranda is located a few metres from the centre of Alleghe, 100m from the Ski Civetta ski lifts, 1.8km from Col dei Baldi and 1.9km from Pra della Costa.
We have a total of 15 rooms: 10 are located within the main hotel building while the remaining 5 are available in a second building located just 50m away.

We offer quadruple, triple, double rooms with double and queen beds, all equipped with every comfort to offer you maximum relaxation.
All rooms include cable TV, bed linen and a private bathroom with shower, hair dryer, bidet and free Wi-Fi.

As you head towards the centre of town, treat yourself to a range of homemade sweets and ice cream at our famous Pasticceria Gelateria Artigiana, located just 50m from the Hotel.
Savour sweet delicacies to suit every season in our Patisserie. Homemade ice cream to calm the summer heat. Rich, creamy hot chocolate to chase the cold away during the winter months or after a day on the ski slopes.
Our Patisserie also boasts a full range of local products available for purchase to take home, like our famous Strudel or Sacher cake.

Alleghe is located in a strategic position in the centre of the Dolomites, not far from some of the well-known destinations in the area: 37 km to Cortina, Corvara 33 km, Canazei 32 km and Mount Marmolada 20 km.
Visitors flying into Italy or the region: the hotel is located 85 km from Treviso Airport.
Are you a sportsman? Take advantage of over 80km of ski slopes in the Ski Civetta area to spend unforgettable winter days or explore tracks by mountain bike and ebike during the summer months.
Civetta Adventure Park is located in Piani di Pezzè, just above Alleghe and is built entirely amongst the trees. The Park offers four different routes, ranging in degree of difficulty and featuring wooden walkways, trunks, Tibetan bridges and long wooden vines or “lianas”.
There is no shortage of rock climbing routes for the more experienced, or thrilling flights hanging from a steel cable for the daring, at the Zip Line in San Tomaso Agordino.
The area also caters for those looking for opportunities and facilities for relaxing whilst immersed in nature. Enjoy a walk by snowshoe along the many wintery paths. Alternatively, experience a picnic on a mountain top against the majestic backdrop of the Dolomites or by the lake in the summer.
